Peer-to-Peer marketplace start-up based in Berlin/London seeks person responsible for business development, b2b sales and business strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead the platform business-development lifecycle
Conduct business market analysis and evaluation
Drive sales strategy of the business and develop a sales framework
Communicate and develop relationships with business clients
Work closely with founders and other business stakeholders to review, assess and identify new business objectives and market requirements
Experience
Track record of activity in business dealings (online or offline)
You have an entrepreneurial spirit (startup experience)
Knowledge of online environment and social media markets
Understanding of user analytics and social networks
Skills
Proven background in business development
Strong negotiation skills
Creativity in a business environment
Knowledge of the European market
Fluent in English (German, French, Spanish an advantage)
Willingness to get involved in early stage start-up
