Overview
There are billions of dollars that lie dormant in government funding each year. Mergeskills aims to address this issue with the first full service crowd sourcing and collaboration platform. Mergeskills is currently under development and we are looking for that person who can take our prototype to the next level.
We are looking for a partner who has significant knowledge in web design as well as skills in java, php, ajax, html, flash,sql, database

Responsibilities
Work with the rest of the team to translate our specifications into working code and provide input.
Contribute technically and creatively to the team.
Experience
Be a self starter, motivated and enthusiastic.
Working on complex web development projects.
Have examples of projects you have done.

Web Services Frameworks
Website Development
Dynamic Websites

Have a strong passion for web standards, and writing elegant code

Compensation
Equity for the time being. We are currently in the process of raising money and when we get there salary will be commensurate with standard start up salaries.
