I'm looking for a technical co-founder / developer to join me.
We are building a web application that allows users to comment and markup video - there's more to it, but the rest is stealth right now, for patent reasons..
We have a working live prototype in private alpha.

Responsibilities
Robustify the backend in readiness for public launch
Setup server-side automation of video processing and encoding
Make it easy for partners to integrate our product
Shape the future of the product
Experience
Whatever experience gave you the skills to take on the responsibilities..
Enough life experience to be able to tell a few stories in the quiet moments..
Skills
________ You must have the following expertise ________
Python/Django (currently on GAE) OR the ability to convince me to move platform :)
Javacript (Ajax a plus)
Database design, scalability
Server side script automation

________ Ideally you will also have expertise in the following ________
Red5 (FMIS a plus)
FFmpeg
Flex / AS3
AWS S3
Education
