Job Description:

A growing IT staffing firm is looking for a seasoned Recruiter for a commission only opportunity. The Recruiter is responsible for building relationships, screening and sourcing candidates and develops strategic solutions for each accounts recruitment needs, while working with our Staffing Sales Executive team to successfully bring in and fulfill new business.

Areas for Recruiter position: Atlanta, GA; Alpharetta, GA; New Jersey; New York; San Jose, CA; Hartford, CT; Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities
Develop long lasting and continuing relationships with potential talent through various networking avenues, including, but not limited to: online portals, talent and job fairs, vendor and industry events, past working relationships, user groups, etc.
Seeks, interviews, assesses, reference checks and places contract employees that completely satisfy the client requirements.
Builds workforce and continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards and forums to grow your candidate pools.
Proactively seek new avenues to find new and attract prospective contract employees.
Experience
At least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience as a Recruiter at an IT staffing agency or Specialized staffing agency
Ability to work on a commission only basis while developing your contract employee pipeline
Skills
Must be outgoing and self-motivated
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
Must be highly proficient in the Internet and computer aptitude
Due to the nature of the position only those authorized to work in the United States (H-1B holders, EAD holders, green card holders, US Citizens and TN Visas) will be considered for employment.
Preferred:
Existing contacts within contract employees that can be leveraged to bring High Quality IT Staff on board quickly.
Full desk recruiting or staffing experience in the IT industry.
Education
• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelors degree or above in a Human Resources, Business Management or other related field preferred.
Compensation
Additional Information: This is a virtual position, which requires you to work from home or provide your own office space and equipment. Recruiter works as an Independent Contractor on a 1099 basis. This is a commission only position.
