Poshmark seeks a Rockstar Community Ambassador
We are looking for that unique individual who loves fashion, working with people and the fast paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up. If you are that person who is as comfortable with Rebecca Minkoff and Peplum as you are with iOS and Google Docs, then read on.
Job Description:
Poshmark is looking to hire a Community Ambassador who will be part of our rapidly growing community and customer service team. The ambassador will fully integrate into the Poshmark community in order to understand their wants, needs, and play a critical role in speaking to our users, as well as being a voice for them. They will be part of the first line of support for the rapidly growing Poshmark community.
Other demands on this role include being the go-to person for our community when it comes to answering questions on how to take an awesome covershot, when they can expect their order, or any questions they have in regards to using our app. (that’s just a few examples!) The C.A. will help gladly answer all these questions with grace...and a smile!
Responsibilities
Engage with Poshmark users in a friendly, helpful, and patient manner (both in the app and also at live Posh Parties)
Respond to user support requests accurately and rapidly
Track and troubleshoot open orders
Build relationships with users and gain knowledge of the Poshmark community
Help with administrative support as needed
Skills
B.A. or B.S. required
Passionate about community, customer service, and spreading love and kindness.
Endless patience and contagious positive energy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flawless attention to detail and great organizational skills
A positive attitude with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
