Overview
mosaicHUB is a startup in the Boston area that aims to change the way small businesses find/hire service providers (i.e. marketing experts, web developers, accountants, etc.). Our CEO Mary-Alice Miller has been recognized as a woman in tech to watch by multiple publications, including in the BBJ and Huffington Post, and our company has been growing rapidly over the past 6 months. As we continue to grow and go out for larger VC rounds, we are looking for an ambitious intern who is ready to learn and get their feet wet with real-world experience! An internship at a small startup means that your input is valuable and you will get the opportunity to pitch into large projects that could make or break our company.

The Community Manager at mosaicHUB is responsible for our most important asset: the livelihood of our community. As a Community Management Intern, you will learn the following:
-How to analyze patterns/trends within a community and apply it to product development (our product is our website)
-How to develop a strong brand image
-How to apply corporate goals/values through multiple avenues (customer service, marketing, product, etc.)

Responsibilities
1. Monitor community activity to maintain high quality interactions
2. Develop mosaicHUB's brand presence through exemplary customer service
3. Look for themes/patterns within community; strategize on how to improve product based on observations and feedback
4. Identify power users within community and brainstorm with Community Manager how to reward them
5. Brainstorm different tactics to improve/increase community interaction
Experience
Rising senior or recent grad
Previous customer service experience
Experience in a leadership position (whether in school or previous jobs)
Skills
Exemplary writing and oral communication skills
Extrovert; very outgoing
Ability to think strategically
Ambitious candidate who is willing to learn
Education
Rising senior or recent grad enrolled in an accredited 4-year BA/BS program.
