Proactively engage current and new businesses.
Moderate user forums and work with community to troubleshoot and gather feedback.
Innovative methods to interact with community through contests, giveaways, events, etc.
1-2 years proven success as an online Community Manager preferably in a startup.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of social media and best practices.
Desire to learn about and work with thousands of small to medium sized businesses.
Action-driven and able to act quickly to identify success and failure and move on.
Love new technology and consider yourself an early adopter/innovator.
Creative marketing sense and willingness to take risks on new ideas.
Self-proclaimed "people person" who enjoys interacting with users. Introverts need not apply!
Bachelors degree preferred.
