Community Manager

Overview
Helping to grow and support local communities is a fundamental part of what we do. As a Community Manager, you’ll be working directly with local businesses, helping to educate them on the power of the web and how they can use it to effectively grow and manage their business. You’ll also build relationships with local chambers of commerce, bloggers, merchant associations and neighborhood groups to help evangelize the importance of being online and showcase how easy it is to get started. We're looking to hire smart, enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Community Manager program in cities across the country.
Responsibilities
Educate and advise business owners on local products and solutions
Develop real-life relationships with local business owners based on honesty & trust
Identify and build key local partnerships with Chambers of Commerce, merchant associations and other influencer groups
Lead straegy and planning activities for your market
Have fun everyday and love your job
Experience
3-5 years work experience preferred
Technology guru - always up-to-date on the latest and greatest of what the web has to offer
Passionate about a making a difference in your local community
Partnership or business development experience
Ability to connect with people of all backgrounds
Entrepreneurial spirit with ambitious goals and big dreams
An overall awesome person
Education
Recent college graduate with BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field
