Poutsch is looking for a talented Community Manager.
We are currently expanding the social aspect of poutsch.com to increase interactions between members inside and outside the platform. We will soon be building communities on Poutsch mobile apps, on the Poutsch widget as well as the Poutsch API.

Responsibilities
Proactively engage current and new users.
Moderate user debate rooms and work with community to troubleshoot and gather feedback.
Implement innovative methods to interact with community.
Experience
1-2 years proven success as an online Community Manager preferably in a startup.
Shape the voice and culture of our Brand online.
Superb verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of social media and best practices.
Desire to learn about and work with thousands of small to medium sized individuals, groups and businesses.
Action-driven and able to act quickly to identify success and failure and move on.
Love new technology and consider yourself an early adopter/innovator.
Creative marketing sense and willingness to take risks on new ideas.
Self-proclaimed "people person" who enjoys interacting with users, good sense of empathy.
