Overview
Businesshug is looking for a community manager in Charlotte, NC to help improve our database for local places. You will be given an opportunity to work directly with our customers and handle some of our most precious data. You will represent our company in Charlotte and get to know each local restaurant/bar/lounge business owner personally. This is an internship position which will look amazing on your future resume. Help us open the door in Charlotte and we will help you down the road. We believe that 2012 will be a tremendous year for us, we want to invite you to be a part of it all.
Responsibilities
Travel to every dining place (restaurant, bar, lounge) in the Charlotte area.
Update status, address, contact info, and overview for each place.
Take and upload updated photos for each place.
Say hello to every business owner of each place.
Experience
Show us what you have done in the past. Impress us with your previous projects and achievements.
Skills
Computer, mobile, and tablet usability know-how.
A people person, great communicator.
Be able to handle problems with care.
Responsible, creative, self-learner.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Education
Current university student preferred. Someone who when given a problem would not be afraid to do a little bit of extra work to find a working solution. Tell us the type of education you have and we will tell you if you are a good fit for this position.
Compensation
This is a 6-month internship position and in exchange for your involvement we will provide you with references and a letter of recommendation for your future job endeavors.
