Do you like helping users get complete satisfaction? Do you like turning users into highly engaged customers? We're looking for a stellar community support rep who loves winning over customers one person at a time.
As one of our Admins of our site, you'll be satisfying our millions of users with their auctions and site inquiries
Assist users via tickets and disputing transactions that went sideways
Research and resolve transaction issues in accordance with our site's rules and guidelines
Work with a team of moderators and provide guidance and training on various projects
A minimum of 5 years of prior customer support experience is a must (online marketplace experience is preferred)
Ability to sustain a high volume of tickets (175/day) while keeping user satisfaction high
Proficient at using the internet and familiar with all common web-based technologies
A personality built around the desire to help people
Professional, team player attitude
Superb written communication skills with the ability to type at least 60 WPM (must pass test)
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Bonus: prior experience with using or supporting eBay, Craig's List, or Freecycle.
