Specific responsibilities a consultant can expect while working at Peloton include:
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
Defining new and refining existing business processes
Partnering with an implementation team
Required Experience and Skills:
Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
Strong academic performance and extra-curricular activities including demonstrated leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
Ability to travel within the United States
Additional Desired Skills, Based Upon Role Include:
Relational database skills – SQL Server, Oracle, Informatica
Multidimensional database skills – Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, Microsoft BI tools
Self-motivated with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision while adding value to cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with financial planning and reporting processes
Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
