We are looking for someone to join a young early stage company to be a jack of all trades. We primarily are looking for inside/outside sales people who are comfortable with complex sales and dealing with C-suite executives. They should also be able to cater to customer questions, help with implementation and basically be super man/woman. We are ready to take-off and need to build the right sales force to make that reality happen.
Generate leads through cold calls and contacts
Document all activity in CRM
Close sales based on quotas
Help with implementation of the solution
Provide customer service when needed
Comfortable with Enterprise Sales
Experience with SaaS type contracts
Has 5 years experience selling or consulting or coming from the Finance function
Bachelors or Masters in Business
CPA/CIA would be great
Finance Process background
Compensation will be split -
Base - 40K
Commission - is high and recurring as most of our customers sign multi-year contracts. In addition, our customers prepay and commissions are paid one month after they pay. All of our customers to date are still with us so the commissions really start to add up without any extra work. The effect of compounding is magical!
Bonus - on beating quota and the total revenue made for the year by others.
If you are great - you can easily beat 100K including commission and bonus.
