We’re a small team of veterans from Microsoft, Google, eBay and various startups taking on a large underserved market. PlaceFull provides consumers and organizations an online marketplace and platform for booking events, parties, classes and much more. We enable discovery and purchase of everything from paintball outings to bunny party delivery. Seriously! A second large part of PlaceFull allows small businesses to fully run their businesses from point of sale to online booking. We’re well-funded and are seeing tremendous growth in bookings, merchant accounts, traffic and partnerships.
We are looking for a strong frontend developer who can help us build the next generation of event booking platforms. As a bonus, you will have the opportunity to learn and work in the full stack if interested over time, not just frontend.

Our main requirement is that you are smart and hungry to take on big challenges.
An eye for good design and a demonstrable understanding of UI/UX best practices.
We currently use .NET and C# as our stack, along with Visual Studio. Experience with those, Java or similar platforms would be great.
Understanding of cross-browser development. You’ve had some late nights with this beauty.
Ability to work within a set framework and adhere to coding standards
Familiarity with source control and issue tracking. We use GitHub and TFS.
You have a background that a former co-worker would call “solid”. That doesn’t need to be a CS degree - what you have previously done and where is more important. Much more important.
Must be able to work full time and authorized to work in the United States
You must have some start-up experience and a real roll-up your sleeves attitude. We’re early - whatever it takes.
BONUS You’ve hacked on Entity Framework before, geeked out over ElasticSearch or used AWS/Azure and want to expand your skillset into the middle tier.
