What You'll Do: This is a great opportunity to learn customer acquisition strategy, web analytics, product management, UX&UI design, and social media marketing.There's too much world to change to sit around making coffee. At Plated, our interns are driven and integral members of the Plated family who work their tails off until the day they leave -- that is IF they leave! You'll brainstorm with our creative and strategy teams, run a world-class website with the tech team, organize life-changing food delivery missions, rally supporters through social media and much more. You will be important, essential, and you will create change in your world you can point to when you're done.
Skills and Attributes You'll Need: Since you are given a tremendous amount of responsibility from day one, we take your application very seriously. We look for candidates who love food, work super well in small groups, thrive when wearing different hats, and are passionate about our Buy A Box, Give A Meal movement. This is a can be a part-time or full-time (40 hrs/week) program. It is unpaid, but it does feature Lunch n' Learn sessions with co-founders from NYC's hottest startups, special events, and the opportunity to work at a rapidly growing early stage startup. Strong performers will receive glowing references, career guidance and full time offers.
