Content & Thought Leadership Programs Manager

We are looking for an outstanding B2B content developer who is a visionary, out-of-the box thinker, with greatenergy. Leading candidates will be creative self-starters who are passionate about creating and raising awareness about new trends, and passionate about leading through social media and other channels.

You will lead the company’s efforts to increase brand awareness and identity through both on and off-website viral content. You will be responsible for implementing content strategies that grow our user base andbuild our industry leadership position.
Develop content strategies, write and manage team of writers to build a thought leadership position for Proformative across the spectrum of corporate finance, accounting, treasury, technology and related subjects
Create written content that is required by our SEO team including articles, blog posts, reviews and the like
Develop content direction and schedules, providingthe social media team with content
Manage company blogs and ensure great content for guest posts
Review, approve and edit user and 3rd party submitted content
Createexclusive, engaging content to post, as well as share with blog and content networks
Identify and build relationships with key bloggers, influencers and other contributors
Analyze and present weekly content performance metrics to derive actionable insights
Research competition and ensure that Proformative, due to the depth and relevance of its content, becomes the destination for finance and, on the sales side, marketing executives
Follow editorial calendars and create content that can be relevant for industry publications to gain extensive media cover
Follow event calendars of industry associations and event publishers, seek speaking opportunities for co-hosted virtual events, and write speeches and presentations
Design strategies to increase engagement of social audiences
Write and pitch press releases with new Proformative experts, sponsors and other partners
Write customer evidence documents, such as case studies, testimonials and white papers, and ensure that they are shared in a timely manner by the social media team
Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
Works well independently and within a team environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• 3+ years of content creation and management experience
• 2+ year of proofreading and editorial experience
• 1+ year of creating content for corporate marketers and finance executives;
• Comprehensive knowledge of popular social platforms (Facebook, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
• Experience working with website analytics packages (Google Analytics, etc.);
