In-house Contract Engineering Recruiter to shape and manage our talent acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for the proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selling of new engineering talent for Axcient. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in building engineering teams in high-growth start-up environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fluid start-up environment and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work.
This job is based in Mountain View.
Responsibilities
Build recruiting process for Axcient to nurture a full pipeline of candidates, leverage engineering management interviewing time, facilitate hiring decisions, and negotiate and close employment offers.
Build and manage recruiting pipeline through sourcing, screening, and interviewing engineering recruiting candidates
Help close deals on open offers
Experience
5-10 years of relevant experience managing engineering recruiting in Silicon Valley
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
