Catchpoint Systems is in need of a Contracts Manager to draft, modify, and review contractual documentation of our clients and vendors.
In this key position, the successful candidate must be able to adhere to internal processes with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide organized execution of tasks under time constraints. The ability to manage a diverse workload in changing environments is a must. The Candidate will also have the skill of liaising and building relationships with business unit personnel as well as vendors and contractors.
Managing the contract lifecycle, including but not limited to: draft, modification, execution, amendments and renewal of contracts
Preparation, redlining, and review of all contract documentation, including master agreements, renewals, amendments, etc.
Negotiation of legal terms and review of existing terms with a goal of quality assurance
Dissemination of contract documents to the appropriate parties, externally and internally
Maintenance of a centralized file, storage and documentation system for all contract-related material
Updates of contract templates and generation of exhibits
Collection and submission of various forms necessary for the onboarding of new vendors/clients in the accounting system
Generation of requisitions in compliance with contract terms
Performing due diligence (vetting) on potential vendors/clients and drawing a conclusion after careful examination of the facts and information gathered
Bachelor's degree required, JD preferred
1 year experience with significant involvement in contract management
A background in procurement or legal is required
Experience working at or with a SaaS company
Understanding of contract language and processes
Proficient use of Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritize workload and to meet deadlines with a wide variety of tasks
Flexible, well organized, and a self-starter
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Experience within the Technology sector, particularly with a start-up is a huge plus
