Overview
LineGuru is a new internet application which allows people to compete with their friends to accurately predict the outcomes of sporting events. LineGuru is an early-stage startup business is Atlanta, Georgia and is currently seeking a equity-based partnership with a Creative Design Visionary to drive the creative direction of the product.
Responsibilities
Provide creative vision.
Participate in the executive decision making process.
Be a team player.
Be willing to accept equity compensation in the short term.
Be a motivated and self-driven entrepreneur.
Experience
Vast experience internet/web-based creative design required.
Experience converting your designs to HTML is required.
CSS experience is a plus.
Experience with web technologies is a plus (PHP/MySQL or something similar).
Corporate experience is a plus.
Startup experience is a plus.
Skills
Internet/web-based creative design (required)

Good written/spoken communication skills (required)
Acknowledgement of the importance of business goals (required)
Ability to not be a jerk (required)
Ability to work really hard, followed by having a lot of fun celebrating successes/milestones (required)

Education
Some kind of formal instruction and/or certification(s) in your field.
Compensation
Initially equity. Ideally cash for all of us down the road.
