This position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and driving all existing PPC, Remarketing and Social acquisition marketing campaign.
Develop new marketing programs that attract new advertisers while hitting our cost-per-acquisition targets.
Build key messages, creative strategy, and marketing content to drive new customer acquisition.
Continuously explore and test new acquisition channels.
Manage by metrics and have budget accountability and responsibility for all marketing activities in the US.
Provide strong leadership – manage, motivate and mentor the local marketing team to build a marketing organization that drives sales and produces measurable results.
Reach our target audience through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Build up KPI driven and structured campaign reporting tool
4+ years of experience successfully managing online acquisition.
Highly analytical, focused on developing results-driven, large-scale campaigns.
Experience driving effective B2C direct marketing campaigns.
Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker.
Bachelor degree or higher educational background.
