Customer Advocate; Location: East Coast (work from home office, preferably based in NYC)

Overview
The Role

We are looking for someone who to join Farmigo's customer support efforts. Farmigo is a small start-up with a very big dream of improving our food system. Currently, our customers are farms located in the USA. The ideal candidate will manage customer configurations as well as interact directly with farms over the phone to answer their questions.
Responsibilities
Coaching farm customers from set-up to ongoing usage of the system.
Trouble shooting customer issues and communicating their resolution via email and over the phone.
Identify and implement creative & innovative ways where we can better support our farm customers.
Work weekends and holidays as business needs require
Experience
Excellent phone & email communication skills
Experience supporting customers
Ability and desire to work from a home office
Resourceful, detail-oriented, great at multi-tasking, and highly organized
Passion for Farmigo's mission
Education
BA/BS Preferred
