Well-funded e-commerce startup in Santa Monica, CA seeks a smart, motivated person to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of experience assisting customers via email, chat, phone or in person in a retail or online environment. An interest in fashion and jewelry is highly desired. You would be integral part of building our Customer Care department from the ground up.
Responsibilities
assist with design and build of new customer care department
assist customers via phone, email and chat
thoroughly document customer inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking
research and analyze data to proactively address common issues
process and coordinate customer satisfaction information
manage communications between external customers and internal product team
Experience
prior customer service experience
experience setting up customer care system
experience with consumer-based e-commerce
proficient with customer ticketing and resolution software
knowledge of latest fashion and style trends
Skills

pleasant, professional demeanor
excellent verbal and written communication skills
