Weddington Way is looking for an enthusiastic, customer oriented, fashion-savvy individual to join our customer care team. Weddington Way Customer Care Specialists manage our relationships with customers via phone/email/chat, guide our bridal parties’ shopping experiences, track bridal fashion’s newest trends, and oversee all operations related to order placement with designers and shipping to customers.
We’re looking for a clear communicator who loves working with people and is ready to dive into any projects that come their way.
