Locu is developing technologies to change local search ($35bn advertising market by 2014) by creating the world's largest semantically-annotated repository of real-time small-business data. We help small merchants such as restaurants, spas or hair salons better manage their online presence through easy and intuitive tools. Changes they make to their menu or price list are reflected in real-time on their website, mobile site, facebook page and throughout the web (check out locu powered menus on one of our partners: OpenTable)

We strongly believe in providing the best technological solutions to help local merchants understand and connect with their customers better.
Live chat, email and phone support to Locu customers
Educate existing Locu customers
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate responses
Assist in setting up new customers
Identify trends in cases handled
Assist in improving our customer engagement process
Provide feedback to engineering on customer needs
Preferrably but not required: prior sales and/or support experience in the local space

Dependable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills, ability to provide clear and concise answers
++ Highly Desirable ++
HTML/CSS skills
Ability to develop and refine a sales strategy by customer segment
Bachelors degree from a reputable institution or equivalent experience
