Customer Experience Associate

Overview
The Customer Experience Associate will report directly to the Vice President of Customer Engagement.
Responsibilities
Become a power-user of the inXpay system.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor the Electronic Invoice Presentation & Payment (EIPP) space for emerging trends and industry best practices.
Research federal, state regulations and other issues upon request.
Participate in product development and business strategy discussions.
Other, based on the applicants strengths, interests, and professional development objectives.
Skills
Eager to work in a start-up environment.
A relentless self-starter.
A strong writer, researcher, and thinker.
Comfortable interacting with seasoned financial services and IT executives on a daily basis in frequent business development discussions.
Willing to work after hours and on weekends to complete mission critical assignments.
One year of e-commerce experience preferred, but not required.
Education
A B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience. Negotiable.
