Overview
This is an opportunity for an energetic, self-starter to join a quickly growing, fast-paced startup in a customer service position. You’ll make the entire user experience from A to Z easy and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
Will be point of contact for customers who call and email. You’ll answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with order placement.
Will follow up with customers, troubleshoot issues and ask them for reviews.
Will find creative ways to make the customer management process efficient and streamlined.
Will come to possess an encyclopedic knowledge about our products, as well as the underlying industry trends.
Want to grow with a company in its infancy and embrace new roles and challenges on a day-to-day basis.
You are not afraid to jump in head first, ask lots of questions and take ownership of a role.
Experience
You're a recent college grad who is a self-starter and entrepreneurial.
Skills
The ideal candidate has a knack for sales, is quick-on-their-feet and is a sponge for knowledge. They are creative, charismatic and patient, and possess a great sense of humor.
Education
You have graduated from college and have held a variety of leadership positions.
