As we continue in our nationwide expansion, we are excited to grow our Client Experience team. We are looking for motivated, team oriented individuals who love interacting with other people! Our goal is to provide a revolutionary level of service that our customers are not able to find anywhere else.
Alton Lane, like many successful startups, is both fast-paced and highly rewarding. No two days are ever the same. As an employee at Alton Lane, you will learn how to work within an entrepreneurial start-up environment. The Client Experience Specialist will proactively manage customer communication in addition to a variety of other tasks, so the ability to multi-task is critical. Sample daily responsibilities could include:
Help build a best-in-class customer experience model for our client base
Manage the client experience through phone, email and at times, in person interactions
Manage customer correspondence regarding fit and style matters
Manage communications between customers and local tailors to facilitate fittings
Communicate with our Operations team to handle customer shipment notification
Ensure clients receive a response within 24 hours
Track and monitor customer experience metrics
Help build a platform for tracking all customer interactions and managing customer information
Help create a fun and vibrant working environment at the Alton Lane Headquarters
In all of these capacities you would report directly to the Director of Communication. This being said, we believe strongly in fostering an environment conducive to self-motivation and performance. We do not believe in micro-management and we encourage all team members to assume as much responsibility as possible without it affecting the quality of your work.
4 year bachelor degree with notable achievements
Proven leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Engaging and welcoming personality, strong work ethic and great demeanor
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
Exceptional eye to detail, a humble attitude, and the ability to drive results
Flexible work schedule, including weekends/holidays
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desire to expand with one of the fastest growing brands in the US
