GLOSSYBOX is an e-commerce subscription company focused on delighting customers with beautiful, luxury product samples hand-picked for them. Each month, GlossyBox customers receive 5 product miniatures in a beautiful box tailored to their personal profiles. GlossyBox is currently in 17 countries with over 200,000 subscribers.
We are looking to fill one or two unpaid customer relations roles to begin immediately. Selected candidates will be working with the COO and Customer Relations Manager. This position will allow you to deeply understand the dynamics of a startup in the luxury industry, as Customer Relations is the link between Marketing, Brand Management and Operations departments.
Working on the Customer Relations team you will develop your communication, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making skills.
You will be the voice of GLOSSYBOX to our customers: directly interact with our customers to accept the praises for our amazing boxes and to address their concerns.
You will also be the voice of customers to the GLOSSYBOX team: providing customer feedback to Marketing, Social Media and Operations teams allowing GLOSSYBOX to provide the best quality service to our customers.
We prefer college students and recent graduates with bachelor's degrees, though we will consider applicants from all academic backgrounds. Ideally we would like candidates with previous customer relations experience and a passion for the cosmetics industry.
You MUST be: highly articulate (written and spoken), personable, confident, have excellent problem solving skills, a fast learner, a motivated self- starter, detail-oriented and organized, interested in startups and cosmetics, and fun to work with!
