Pagelime is looking for someone to handle community relations, customer support, account sales, and content development for our community of around 20,000 professional web designers.
Direct and respond to customer inquiries (support,sales,etc.)
Handle customer account management issues (billing,account upgrades,reseller and affiliate payouts)
Produce blog content for the product blog
Produce great documentation for customers
Manage Twitter and Facebook stream
Experience writing blog content is a plus.
Experience writing product documentation is a plus.
You know HTML and basic CSS
Excellent spoken and written English
You can make friends and relate to people over email
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
