We are looking for great people who are passionate about putting customers first. As a customer service analyst you will be faced with a wide range of opportunities, challenges and responsibilities. You will be an integral part of our team and have the ability to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
Develop new processes to improve DashLocker's ability to serve customers
Provide excellent customer service - in person, on the phone and over e-mail
Ensure customer orders are processed effectively and efficiently
Experience
Service or support related experience is a plus (ideally with a startup)
Skills
Eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
A professional, helpful and friendly attitude coupled with the ability to listen, teach and elicit information efficiently
Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
Confidence and willingness to make outbound telephone calls to current customers
Education
Associates or bachelors degree preferred
