ClassPass is changing the way people work out! To date, we've facilitated over 70,000 reservations for fitness classes (i.e. yoga, pilates, bootcamp, spin, etc.) at the best fitness studios in NYC.
As our user base grows, we need rockstars to help keep our users happy and engaged. As a Customer Service Associate, you will respond to customer inquiries, comments, and questions via email. You will proactively identify site issues, and work with the ClassPass team to make sure customers are always happy.
This is a great entry level job at a fast-growing NYC start-up.
