Hours: 2-5 days a week (depending on if part-time or full-time), including some weekend days. Local travel within SF Valley/West LA required.
CleanBeeBaby is an eco-friendly cleaning service for baby car seats and strollers that provides professional child car seat installation services. We are passionate about child health and safety, and strive to make the world a cleaner and safer place for kids. Our service targets families with young children who lack the time and energy to clean their baby gear but are still concerned about the health and safety of their kids. We are a mobile service that partners with retail stores, preschools, and private events in different neighborhoods daily for added convenience to reach all families.

Manage daily on-site operations and ensure highest standards of quality and service throughout entire operational supply chain, including setup and cleanup at retail locations, customer appointment check-in/check-out at retail events, and oversight of cleaning process
Manage existing relationships with retail partners and outside vendors to coordinate events schedule, in addition to researching and building new strategic partnerships with potential future event partners in LA
Respond to customer inquires via phone and email, including booking and managing customer appointments through our online appointment system
Perform deep cleaning and detailing on baby car seats and strollers, and professionally reinstall car seats (Child Passenger Safety Technician Certification Training will be provided if not already certified)
Be the face of CleanBeeBaby, provide excellent customer service, and constantly look for new ways to improve quality of service and build the business by incorporating customer feedback and suggesting improvements to sales and operational methods
Hire, train, and manage team of employees and ensure high standards of customer service, employee conduct, and compliance to workplace rules
Perform general office duties and marketing tasks, including website blogposts and facebook/twitter updates
College degree or technical school training
Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in retail or restaurant setting
Previous management experience in leading and training a team of employees and running daily operations
Must speak English and have valid US work authorization
Must have a valid US driver's license, clean driving record, and experience driving in LA
Self-motivated and driven, experience working autonomously with little supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work quickly in a high-stress environment
Excellent problem-solving, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to successfully manage customer relationships and attract new customers
Ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff
Experienced Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, or additional experience handling and operating car seats and strollers a plus. Training can be provided if not already completed, but experienced applicants preferred.
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Hourly, up to $17/hour including tips, depending on experience, plus potential for performance bonuses. Benefits negotiable for full-time employees.
