You will work directly with some of the largest customers in the world and will play a leadership role in delivering SEO value by combining data from marketing systems and the BrightEdge platform. Your role is to deliver integrated solutions that conform to specifications that you develop with customers, on schedule, and under budget. This role is customer facing and requires strong consultative skills, the ability to organize and lead client session, as well as solid hands-on technical abilities with enterprise integration tools.

Work closely with customers to deliver high-visibility/high-value integrated solutions that combine data from marketing systems and the BrightEdge platform.
Lead customer sessions to gather requirements, design and scope integration deliverables.
Document, review, and get approval for integration specifications.
Manage deliverables and customer expectations to these deliverables from inception to completion.
Develop integration and validation scripts that conform to the agreed-to specifications.
Test and validate integrations prior to presenting to customers.
Work closely with BrightEdge Customer Success Managers to manage customer communications and expectations.
Provide coordination of all resources that interact with each customer on integration projects.
Provide input into the BrightEdge engineering roadmap based on integration requirements.
Three or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of systems integration, business consulting, and systems development.
Experience at Cloud companies is a plus.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Ability to organize and lead client sessions that involve non-technical resources, creating requirements and technical design.
Ability to generate client signoff and commitment to the overall solution and design.
Experience with Enterprise Integration, extract, transformation and load tools.
Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting languages such as Python.
Familiarity with SOAP and REST based APIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work in fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment.
Ability to multi-task.
