The Customer Support Agent is responsible for handling all post sale client order activity to insure the customer order is efficient. Provide phone and on line support to MakerBot customers
Proactive customer reach-out
Assist customers with order changes
Assist customers with set-up
Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations to customers for repair
Perform satisfaction survey for closed tickets
Familiarity with 3D printing or MakeBot a plus
2+ years customer support experience
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Skilled at dealing with dissatisfied customers, must maintain cool and professionalism
Multi-task and handle tasks with completing priorities effectively
Strong organizational skills
