Customer Support Engineer

Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing support for customers (Fortune 1000 enterprises) resolving complex technical problems related to Lancope’s network performance and security monitoring solutions. This role will provide post-sales, pre-deployment and project support to customers.
Responsibilities
Deliver expert consulting, design and engineering support to customers for sales opportunities and to improve customer operations.
Represent the company’s technical capabilities and manage day-to-day technical needs of customers.
Drive successful new product installations upgrades for customers.
Convert external customer requirements into recommendations for new product features.
Experience
