Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the Pinger Customer Support Analyst is to provide timely support to our beloved Pinger users as well as third party entities, which includes local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Respond to email requests from Pinger users sent through Pinger’s support system
Respond to email and phone requests from third party entities, such as legal representatives and law enforcement agencies
Organizing and categorizing support requests so that they may be properly analyzed
Collaborate with multiple departments within Pinger to ensure a continued quality experience for Pinger’s users
Creating and modifying support processes to help the continual growth of Pinger’s support team
Adhere to Pinger’s privacy policy by properly responding to requests of subscriber information
Experience
Requirements
Basic knowledge of mobile operations software (iOS and Android)
AA/BS degree in Business Administration
1-3 years of customer services experience.
Strong verbal and written communication is required.
Must be verse in MS-Office, Windows and Mac
Education
AA/BS degree in Business Administration
