Based in our San Francisco office within a stones throw of AT&T Park, this position is responsible for ensuring that our customers have a phenomenal customer experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include the entire customer life cycle process from implementation to customer support. Highly motivated individuals will be given plenty of opportunity to expand their roles. A high drive to succeed is a must.
Provide product and business process consulting assistance to customers and affiliate partners to facilitate their success with SpringAhead. Work as a cohesive implementation and support team to demonstrate how to successfully utilize SpringAhead and resolve specific issues for the customer.
Assess customer requirements and provide installation guidelines to ensure success with SpringAhead.
Prepare and deliver SpringAhead configuration to best address customer challenges; provide day to day support to customers to ensure their ongoing success with the solution.
Interact with customers to identify strategic approach that will most likely create customer success with SpringAhead
Become a SpringAhead product expert by building and maintaining a strong knowledge of all SpringAhead products, upgrades, upcoming revisions, functionality, integrations and partner products
Work with high value customers to implement SpringAhead based on requirements uncovered in sales process
Support high value customers through technical support and relationship management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
3+ years' customer interaction experience in a field related to SpringAhead's product lines and/or functions (i.e. ERP/Payroll/Accounting, etc.)
Broad business knowledge: ability to interpret and understand industry information
Past experience in customer success; customer satisfaction experience is key
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level capability with technical writing
Uses professional concepts and company policies to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
High technical capabilities, adeptness at learning new systems
Self-starter mentality -- no instruction on routine work and only general instruction on new assignments
Maintains a high level of executive presence when interacting with clients
Compensation will be in line with experience
