Data & Growth Lead

Overview
Without data, we wouldn’t be able to help connect people with trustworthy physicians, online and offline. At HealthTap, our success is based on our ability to dive deep into complex and data-intensive problems to find scalable solutions to some of today's most pressing healthcare problems. Through timely analysis of massive data-sets and information and knowledge that we’re collecting and organizing, we're able to drive innovation in our product and enhance user experience on a macro level.
Responsibilities
Help internal customers understand data and derive insights that drive their decisions
Work with product and engineering teams to define and track metrics that measure success of new features
Enhance user growth and engagement by identifying both opportunities and challenges using data
Manage a team of data researchers and analysts
Experience
Masters Degree (PhD is a plus) in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, CS, or related field)
3+ years of experience in big data analysis that drives business decisions
Very strong logical problem solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, R and other analytical tools
Working knowledge of scripting languages, especially Ruby on Rails
Skills
A/B testing experience
Experience at a fast paced startup
