Overview
Database Manager will work in our existing MS Access database to improve the structure, data input flow and reports/analysis for two key databases:
1. Fit Test Survey and Foot Scans
2. Customer / Prospect Contact Information.

Responsibilities
Structured architecture for organizing and storing the data
User interface
Various reports
Database architecture document
Database needs to transition to a SQL database when needed
(All of these responsibilities apply to both databases)
Experience
Previous database management & design experience a plus
Skills
Ability to organize, structure and analyze data
MS Access
Macro and VB programming
Qualtrics , a plus (if no experience, we will train them)
MS Office
The desire to go into database management and motivation to learn
Very strong written and oral skills
