As part of an on-going recruitment campaign for our advertising sales team, Townsquare Media Evansville is looking for a Dedicated eCommerce Seller who will concentrate exclusively on selling a suite of Townsquare Media advertising packages leveraging our Seize the Deal platform. The ideal candidate has the ability and desire to make cold calls to local businesses, create relationships with new potential clients and effectively present in person.
Candidates must possess a high work ethic with a focus on prospecting and closing new clients. They must also demonstrate dependability, passion, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Business acumen, open-mindedness and a sense of what it takes to win are essential.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell uniquely bundled products to new prospective customers
Consistently be cold-calling to develop new customer leads
The majority of your time will be spent on the street meeting, inquiring and presenting advertising programs for your clients
Prepare advertising schedules, sales literature, proposals and sales contracts.
Enters new customer data and other sales contract details for clients into computer database.
Provide frequent updates on opportunities and progress
Follow accountabilities set forth by your Sales Manager to help guide you to success
Investigates and resolves client issues.
