Manage all aspects of the IT day-to-day operation covering multiple office locations
Experience providing desktop support Mac and Windows users. Provide advanced troubleshooting and work all problems that surface.
Experience managing and configuring networks, VOIP systems, printers, wifi hotspots.
Enforce IT policies (storage, email, accounts, passwords, & compliance)
Experience working and coordinating with distributed worldwide team and adept at working in an interrupt driven environment.
Willingness to be on call evenings/weekends (24x7)
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
