DevOps Engineer needed to help us streamline our development and operations processes as we scale to serve millions of students. This is a hands-on technical opportunity where you put your diverse skills to good use ensuring the health of Schoolzilla’s infrastructure.

Ensure the health of Schoolzilla’s infrastructure
Improve development, testing, and deployment processes
Lead the charge in automating and monitoring.
Systems Administration and Release Management
Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure and experience managing private/public clouds
Bonus points if this person has K-12 education experience
Understanding of Release Management and Change Management best practices
Excellent Scripting skills (e.g. Ruby, Python, Shell, PowerShell) and experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet)
System Administration expertise on both Linux and Windows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
