Overview
Are you a kick-ass coder who loves API hacking? Do you like to demo your hacks and make presentations?

SoundCloud is looking for a Developer Evangelist to engage our rapidly growing community of third-party developers and stir-up excitement around possible ways to use the SoundCloud API.

Join our small team in San Francisco where your role will be to evangelize the API and support third-party developers in building kick-ass integrations. Arrange and go to hackdays and meetups, make API presentations at events, showcase new ideas by building apps and help our partners with technical problems.
Responsibilities
Engage with SoundCloud's developer community and partnering companies.
Meet with developers at hackdays, meetups and other events.
Generate content like blog posts, sample code and screen-casts to make API features more visible and accessible.
Gather feedback to support our engineering, product and marketing decisions.
Build cool apps.
Experience
Excellent coding and communication skills.
In depth experience with two or more common coding frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails, Python, PHP/MySQL, Cocoa or C/C++).
Experience in building apps or mashups with web APIs and related technologies. Show us your hacks!
Experience in blogging and social media involvement.
You love action and have the ability to deliver in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.
