Playerize is looking for an hungry marketing rockstar who in our San Francisco office will help us grow one of the world's best payments, incentivized offer and value exchange networks for game publishers and advertisers.
As part of our growing Marketing team, you will have a direct impact on growing our network of customers quickly and effectively. You will work with a small team of passionate industry experts to grow the business. Our current and potential customers are the growing gaming industry; mobile, social, mmo, and more.
Responsibilities
Create, run, and optimize digital marketing programs to generate leads and demand, including email, web, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
Google Ad / Facebook Ad campaigns
Produce brand-consistent content regularly for inbound marketing efforts, landing pages, and email communications.
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, coordinate content/messaging from various departments within the company.
Analyze internal analytics to refine our customer retention, reduce product friction, and stop “leaky buckets”
Manage multiple cross-product marketing projects at once.
Collaborate on social media strategy and create assets for sharing.
Create, execute, monitor and refine Playerize’s social media presence.
Experience
3+ years experience in digital marketing, with references.
Google / Facebook ad campaign experience.
SaaS-based products experience desired.
Web development/design experience a plus.
Familiarity with basic SEO / SEM a plus.
An inquisitive, entrepreneurial bent and desire for “in the trenches” experience a plus.
A strong personal web presence is a plus.
Skills
Google Ads / Facebook Ads campaign management and optimization.
Content development experience and examples of writing.
Hands on experience developing and driving email marketing, video and social media campaigns.
Relentless focus on analyzing outcomes in order to drive constant improvement, including experience in setting up web analytics, survey tools, and consumer research programs.
Very high comfort level with existing and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Open, honest, direct communication style and the self-confidence.
Aggressiveness and willingness to do whatever it takes to build and maintain a high-performing digital marketing function. Should display a high degree of flexibility.
Good sense of design and aesthetics in marketing materials - print and web.
Compensation
Entry level position with equity package and potential for growth in an organization that will double in size this year.
