As the customer experience expert on the marketing team, you are invaluable to the company for identifying user behavior trends and providing first-hand marketing intelligence across Handmade’s social networks. This is the position to put your understanding of social media and internet user behavior to work.
You will be mainly responsible for:
Driving engagement and revenue
Reporting on user feedback
Creating and testing engagement methods
Guiding user behavior, answering user questions
Marketing and Research
Identifying user/network trends
Predicting user/network behavior based on current trends
Curating user content for marketing campaigns
Identifying user-unfriendly functions and features
Taking part in executing promotions and campaigns
Spotting marketing opportunities
And ad hoc assistance on projects.
Previously experience in a role needing exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated effective follow-up and documentation ability
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and consumer internet
Background in customer care and/or sales
Email newsletter exposure
Experience creating websites or managing a blog
Copywriting background a bonus
4 year college degree preferred
