Busy marketing and strategy consulting firm seeking a digital/marketing savvy intern ready to get their hands dirty.

If you’re a dynamic, passionate go-getter with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment you may have found your match. We are a growing creative consulting firm specializing in business solutions primarily marketing, strategy, branding and management and we are looking for a digital marketing intern to join and grow with our team. The right candidate will get to assist in developing and refining client engagement processes and delivery.

Responsibilities
Researching marketing and consumer trends
Learning the marketing planning and management processes
Working with our management team to develop the best practices for branding, marketing, and development project delivery
Developing internal training documents to assist in client delivery
Office administrative and project management duties
Experience
Ideal candidate should have knowledge of marketing activities and the iterative steps in completing these activities with a strong focus on digital and social media outlets (i.e SEO, SEM, Twitter, Facebook, AND especially emerging ones etc.)
Skills
Motivated self-starter, looking to build their resumé and portfolio
Energetic, presentable, professional, and eager to learn
Strong organization skills and great attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication techniques
Creative, proactive thinker with ‘can-do’ attitude – one who is already 10 steps ahead of anticipating future needs
Time management skills: ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to be reactive and change directions quickly
Proactive problem-solver with initiative to accomplish tasks without much direction
Computer savvy with Internet research abilities: you should be able to figure out a plan and strategy in order to find information in areas where you have no knowledge
Keen sense of marketing tactics and strategies (especially pertaining to Social Media, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Brand Development)
Strong understanding of business trends and concepts around CPG’s, women’s lifestyle brands (beauty/fashion/fitness), and/or an interest in tech startups and the venture capital ecosystem (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
Education
Second-Fourth year student
Compensation
This is an unpaid internship but college credits are given if necessary.
