Digital Media & Marketing Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced digital media and marketing manager. This person will work on the design, development, and testing of our marketing measurement and decision system. They must be a quick learner who is adept at picking up new technologies and systems.
Responsibilities
They will be responsible for the media management (campaigns, systems) and user experience of the software. This position provides the opportunity to define functionality, user experience, design, business rules and operation processes.
Collaboration, creativity and innovative problem solving is expected. This is an opportunity to create, contribute and implement valuable ideas without having them stalled or killed in committee.
SAAS Application development
GUI design (user experience- functions, filters, visual communications)
Usability testing
Work with IT, creative, advertisers and agencies
Data management
Strategic planning
Account support
We would like this person to grow into a more senior leadership position and add additional team members and responsibility in 2012.
Profile:
Passionate about digital media, marketing and emerging technologies
Interested in defining new digital rules and solutions using modern technology and tools
Innovative creative problem solving skills
Well rounded business management acumen
Comfortable with clients and professional meetings
Experience
Experience/ Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years experience in managing integrated digital marketing campaigns (planning, trafficking, managing and reporting)
Work at and/ or with top companies managing mid to large adv/ mktg campaigns (F 1,000 advertisers, advertising/ media agencies, service providers and or publishers)
Strong marketing measurement, reporting and analytical skills
Proven ability to turn data into relevant actionable information
Ability to merge analytics with user-friendly and intuitive communications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of industry best-practices and benchmarks
Fun, energetic and excitement for digital media, marketing and emerging technology
Skills
Software/ System Requirements:
Strong knowledge/ experience in web analytics systems (Google Analytics, Omniture, …)
Strong knowledge/ experience in ad-serving systems, networks, exchanges (DART, MediaPlex and Atlas…)
Strong knowledge/ experience in PPC systems (Google, Yahoo, Bing ...)
Understanding and experience in other communication channels and support systems (SEO, Social, Video, Mobile)
Strong Excel skills
Preferred:
MBA
Over 10 years industry experience (client and agency side) with management position(s)
References:
Sample campaigns or case studies of effective and profitable programs
Example of past performance reports, presentations and communications
Advertiser or agency contacts for recommendations
Strong advertising and marketing network
IT skills- html, ASP.net, API integration. Core base of CMS, CRM/ SFA, eCommerce, ERP systems
