The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years advertising sales experience with demonstrated success in growing revenue:
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
Proactively prospect, cold call, qualify, grow, and maintain an account list while meeting annual revenue goals
Generate proposals that meet the objectives of both the advertiser and the business
Create persuasive sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and case studies to clearly communicate the FashionPlaytes Advertising value proposition
Engage and strategize with agencies and clients to determine their business needs and formulate ad sales programs
Proactively communicate account forecasts and sales information to sales management
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Penetrate large organizations and agencies to obtain branded advertising campaigns
The desire and ability to be largely self-directed as necessary.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications – specifically Excel and Power Point.
The ideal candidate must be an aggressive sales professional with proven sales success in managing a book of business in addition to developing new business. Prior media sales experience required with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Work independently to identify, propose and present multi-media and sponsorship solutions to prospective clients.
Engage and strategize with advertising clients to demonstrate the FashionPlaytes value proposition and how we can assist them in meeting their marketing objectives through a variety of digital products and sponsorships.
BA/BS degree preferred
50-100K base plus bonus
