Digital Media Sales/Marketing Executive/Agent

Overview
We are a fast growing leading media platform that provides both a premium digital store as well as license our media platform to major media clients. We partner with media and entertainment companies with well known branded digital content to launch their content on our portal/platform for sale in mobile and web markets worldwide. We are initially launching in Apple iOS and Web markets this fall and expect to follow that with Android and other markets soon after.

We are looking for deeply experienced digital media sales and marketing agents with strong industry connections and contacts in the Media Industry. At this time we are looking to fill at least 3 positions in the US 2 in Europe and 4 in Asia-Pacific.

This can be an early stage opportunity get in at ground floor in a leading mobile and web based media platform startup. At this time this is a commission-only job. Depending on your strong sales and marketing talent, you could gain executive leadership with equity roles when the company completes initial rounds of funding. Currently compensation will strictly be on case by case commission basis for the clients you bring.
Responsibilities
Relationship management with Media and Entertainment companies or Clients
Product marketing of the ETHER*MEDIA media platform to media clients and companies
Negotiate license rights, license agreements, platform license fee, Revenue share, legal agreements and contracts
Engage in sales and marketing aspects of deals from initial contact to final closure of signing contracts or agreements.
Develop and maintain sales pipeline.
Maintain account relationships with media partners after license agreements or contracts are signed.
Participate in Sales and Marketing campaigns and events as appropriate.
Experience
Demonstrated strong experience in sales and marketing in digital media companies with established and recognized/popular brand names.
Experience with negotiation of license agreements and contracts
Experience with industry leading digital media brands
Experience with client relationship management
Experience with paid digital content(consumer or business domains)
Skills
Sales and Marketing of digital media content
Great communication, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills in converting industry contacts and relationships to licensing partnerships.
Strong analytical ability to sell to consumer, education or entertainment/media industries with established brands to monetize content.
Compensation
Only form of compensation at this time, is generous commissions of up to 20% of platform license sales net, 10% of Services Sales net or up to 10% of revenue share sales for the first year of sale.
