Digital Producer

We have an exciting opportunity for digital producers who are strategic thinkers, experienced in delivering high-end technology products to leading global brands under significant pressure.

Addison Digital Group has enjoyed tremendous year-over-year growth since 2008. We love self-starters, so ideally you will have hands-on experience building your own digital experiences, even as a side project.
Responsibilities
Producers at Addison take a leadership role in the day-to-day development of our digital products, so you should be entrepreneurial and enjoy juggling a wide variety of tasks and competing demands. Candidates should have superior organizational and presentation skills, be able to manage creatives, developers, QA and clients, all the while advocating for the end-user audience. Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, as well as developing interactive wireframes, is a plus.
Primary Role:
Manage work for existing digital clients.
Serve clients’ needs throughout lifecycle of project. Anticipate opportunities and pressure points, then think strategically about how to address them
Work closely with vendors/developers to scope, execute and deliver digital work.
Collaborate daily with account directors and other digital team members
Team up with design department to ensure best possible product is being devised and that client, end-user audience, and developers need are being met
Work with technical lead/engineer to onboard developers, deliver products, and trouble shoot issues as they arise along the way
Create and manage project schedules, resourcing plans, wireframes and requirements documentation, QA ticketing and delivery
Set up projects within Addison’s multiple project management systems, from ActiveCollab to Asset Tracker Matrix, GitHub, etc
Manage asset trafficking, scrubbing, uploading and verification
Participate in regular digital group meetings and departmental planning sessions
Contribute to creating guidelines and processes for digital project management, asset creation, delivery and archiving
Experience
Preferred Background:
Two plus years' experience in the field
Digital production, including the development and configuration of digital assets and the ability to code front end development
Experience building own website, familiarity using Creative Suite and participating in social media
Demonstrated ability to communicate creative concepts and technical processes in simple language
Experience at an agency, in-house technology or digital team at a Fortune 500 company, or a fast paced tech-start up
Any project management, agile and scrum methodology certification

app development are desirable
A portfolio of successful digital projects completed 

The ability to communicate creative concepts and technical processes in simple language
Education
Bachelor’s degree at an accredited four year college or university
